Information you share

When you send a contact enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and message. If you apply for a role, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, experience, optional portfolio link, selected role and the resume you upload.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry or application.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your message. We use application details and resumes to review candidates and manage the recruitment process. We may also use the information to follow up about the same enquiry or application.

We do not use these form submissions for unrelated promotional email, and we do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Contact enquiries and application details are stored in the website’s content database. Uploaded resumes are stored separately on the application server and are available to authorised administrators for recruitment purposes.

We keep information for as long as it is useful for handling the enquiry or application, meeting operational needs, and maintaining appropriate business records. We take reasonable steps to limit access to authorised people and service providers who help operate the website.

Cookies and external services

The public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The administration area uses a strictly necessary authentication cookie to keep authorised administrators signed in; it is configured as HTTP-only and expires after a period of inactivity. Forms may also use a security token to help prevent forged submissions.

This website loads typography from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive technical connection information such as your IP address. Google's privacy terms apply to that request.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form, though we may then be unable to respond or consider an application. To ask about information you have submitted, or request its correction or deletion, contact us through the contact page. We may need to retain some information where it is required for legitimate operational or record-keeping purposes.

Changes to this page

We may update this notice when the website or its data practices change. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.

AI chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, your question and the recent messages needed to answer it are sent to Google Gemini through its API. Kratvya does not save chat transcripts in its content database. The conversation stays in your current browser page and is cleared when you refresh or close it.

Google’s handling depends on the API account tier. Under the free tier, prompts and responses may be used to improve Google products and may be reviewed by people. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or sensitive or confidential information. AI replies can be inaccurate; verify important information with our team.
